Montpelier told me they dont take incoming calls there...ridiculous!
Because they don't answer their phones. They want you to get services online or go into office. Why they get away with not answering the phones in their office is really the question...smh
I just tried as well. That sounds like an out-of-service tone, rather than a simple busy signal. Must be a network problem.
