No card in hand, you'd better have your email showing you're approved.
I've seen people go in even if they've left their card at home or havent gotten it in the mail yet. They do require photo ID for those people still though.
Yes or and your driver's license with your prescription number you got to have your number and your driver's license with a picture ID
Yes. You have to show it to be buzzed into the products room. If not you cant get past the lobby,waiting area.
