Why does nobody ever respond to me or answer calls, this company sucks

I've been there 15 or 20 times and have never heard a phone ring once. Not sure they even have a phone.

First make sure that you're dialing the proper number. Second make sure that you're not calling during their break hours or their lunch times. Then remember their peak hours of operation are between 2 and 5 right before they close which is at 7 p.m..

I've literally never had a call go unanswered. Are you calling and pressing option one or two? Either of those options (1 for new patient and 2 for existing) should get you to people.
