Yeah, it's been Declining In Service and Availability. BUT I have a VERY BIG PROBLEM with the "line" or "check in" process. Why have an Advance option to"Pre Check in" only to show up (Sometimes AFTER A TXT TO SEE TRUHOST) and be told to WAIT BEHIND others.. what's the point of pre check in if you JUST HAVE TO WAIT once you arrive. You place an order at 8:30am wait till 1-2pm for your "it's Ready Text". You check the "Wait Time" (it's NEVER RIGHT. IT SAID an Hour plus one time, pre checked in I got a txt 10 Minutes later Saying go back. On my way still, 5 min after that I get a txt saying "We Missed you" Re-regisiter.. So I Do.. 5 Minutes AGAIN (I'm pulling in now) "Go see the TRUHOST" AND I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR the others INSIDE WAITING?? They Don't Understand when you tell them.. "I've BEEN WAITING" That's what the pre-register IS! IT'S ME CHECKING IN AND WAITING FOR THE COME BACK TEXT.. Why do I still wait AFTER WAITING FOR THE SIGNAL TO ENTER. BUT EVEN WHEN YOU GET IT YOU WAIT.
