No organized activity is allowed with out league approval as they have a contract with the county, but you are allowed to use the facility if no games or practices are being held.
Agreed. I have been told by employees that the back two fields with small goals are actually the public fields, so they will push you back to those fields if they see you out on the three big front fields.
