I'm not sure on that because I don't order Little Caesar's Pizza before like that. I just go and pick one up as simple as that. I agree to it should be free to deliver.
I recommend directing your browser of choice to LCP's website to attain the answers to your questions. Im fairly certain they deliver and i don't think they charge for delivery. But I believe there's a minimum purchase for delivery and an expected tip.
