one year later since i sent my gun to you and you sent it back broken. Now it is at the 3rd gunsmith and his assessment is that the new hammer that you replaced (because you lost the original) isnt heavy enough to fire rounds. Thanks for nothing

The reason your spring was replaced "unnecessarily" was because it was broken. If you would like, we can send you the pieces, and you can take it back to your gunsmiths. Or you can send it back to us, like we asked in the first place, free of charge at that. Even though you have already voided the warranty by taking it to another gunsmith, we are still willing to fix the issue. So once again, give us a call, and SEND IT BACK TO US, FREE OF CHARGE. Or keep your gun and opinion to yourself

i did cancel $250 charge after paying $275. The spring they replaced was unecessary. The reason the slide would not close tight on the breach was because they were unaware of how to assemble the firearm. And that, sir, is another issue
