Yes, the farmers market is very real! Were you in the right area, I can’t think of many speed bumps in Celebration. It is held each Sunday in Downtown Celebration, close to the shops and restaurants. Had you asked any of the locals out walking they could have pointed you in the right direction, it is well worth making the journey.
I found it next day. I was driving around in the retail area right on the main hwy that has a big old fashioned water tower. On the water tower is a permanent sign that says "farmers market" which is extremely deceiving. Had I consulted maps, I would have found downtown Celebration
