We are so sorry to hear. Yes , you could also call the company directly if you wanted to speak with someone, but agree, the store for sure. We are the location in the Dr Phillips Marketplace next to Publix . We do stock two or three varieties of Weruva. They have an excellent reputation and a great product so they do need to know.
I never had this problem it but I would take it back immediately to the store.
