my handicap placard was stolen. How do I replace it

Yes they can replace it for you as long as it's not for a business if it's a personal handicap placard they can replace it if not and it's commercial you have to go to the DMV itself

Call them first thing in rhe morning. I assume they will issue a new one replacing it.
