My 12 year old son has had 2 episodes of blood clots in his bladder , two times within a month . Any idea what could cause this ? Current dr.s have no idea.

Well, he coud have bladder cancer, deep vein thrombosis, or a urinary tract infection. I would suggest that you bring him to the doctor as soon as possible because this could be a life and death situation. The clots could travel to his heart or brain.

I agree with Marion Leon. Symptoms like blood clots, swelling, unusual fatigue, blurry vision, pain with no apparent cause, and anything unusual that has occurred more than once needs to be examined further. Better safe than sorry.
