It is best to visit the park and see if it fits your needs. It is not a green lawn, lush park. They have a nature center that is great for kids and adults alike.
I have seen several partie there. I would guess it's free, but am not sure.
Ive been to party at this park. So yes, as far as obtaining power for special equipment, i would suggest a generator or reaching out to the park recreation center about that.

There are benches and tables, so you can picnic or whatever with a reasonably sized group for free. I don't think jumpers or other set-em-ups are allowed.
There is no cost to enter the park. Presumably you're going to have guests with varying walking abilities so it sounds like you would be limited to locations near the entrances. If youre completely self sufficient you can locate it anywhere.
