I know, it's frustrating right ?!! I've been there at least 5x in the last 2 wks alone, & there's never anyone in the office. The door is either locked during business hrs, or they hv a clock hangin on the door, usu. stating they'll be bk in 15 mins to 1 hr. This might be their way of forcing clients to pay online only. It could also be a way to collect L8 charges in a very shady manner. I've been there during various of their business hrs, between 1 pm & 5:45 pm, to no avail. Mgmt needs to be upfront w/ how clients may only hv a 1-way option left for paym'ts, being online, or hire someone cuz they're short-handed. I'm now at an angry point w/ this co !
Yes. You can hardly find anyone in the office. I also tried multiple times and it was always closed. That is a terrible way of doing business.
I think they close when away from desk!!!
Most underhanded storage facility there is. Do not rent from them! If you are, move out!!
