Basically because people keep doing graffiti all over the restrooms, so in turn, the restrooms are closed. Remember, 1 person or several can make a difference to all, and it reached that point.

It’s so true a lot of graffiti inside the restrooms from people that uses it, and also a lot of people like using the restroom to steal merchandise :( sad but true
