There is an area at the front off Alameda where you can pick up or drop off passengers; there's also a small parking lot just east of the main entrance when entering from Alameda. Another option is to use the long term parking accessible from Cesar Chavez or Vignes; you can park and walk over to meet your passengers at the gate.
