When they buy refrigerators or stoves and washing machines in the home depot, specify well that when they change the new one for the old one, they should take it with them why I buy a stove and the employees told me that👎😠😡

If you are in the transportation field you might understand my answer.. the people that take you your appliances are subcontractors .. they are not there to dispose of your junk.. the city allows a few appliances a year to be picked up without a charge.. I never expect anyone to haul a way my appliances.. chances are they are probably set in a different part of the home and usually even up and down stairs.

That's what happened when the associate is more concern about the sale that customer service. That's the Home Depot for you, what you see and hear on their commercials on tv not everything is true.
