Hi Mary, Thanks for your question! Unfortunately we don't have any gluten free dough options for our pizzas or bread items. We make everything in-house - our kitchen is pretty small and our pizza dough is actually made using a high gluten flour. Due to the fact there are so many high gluten flour particles floating in the air from the dough making process, we could never claim a dish was 100% "gluten free". We just couldn't guarantee it would be safe for someone with a serious allergy like celiacs, if you have a gluten allergy or intolerance. Thanks again for reaching out.
