Are party buses able to be parked close to the entrance? My prom is going to be hosted here, and a party bus is in the realm of discussion.

Huge parking lot! Shouldn't be an issue. I would double check with club management.

You can be dropped off at the entrance, but the party bus will have to park on the edge of the parking lot about 100 yards away from the front door.
