That kind of information is not available by phone. You have to go to Pick Your Part pay a $3.00 entry fee and go inside and look for the year and model of the vehicle you need, when you find your model vehicle you just take off the part you need and take it to the cashier and pay for your part. A great way to get inexpensive repairs completed. Just remember you can not take your old parts inside to compare it to the one you are buying.
You can go on the website and look for the car that would normally have this part. Write down the space a d row number. If it is a speacialized part not unique to a certain car yes you will have to go there and just look. Pay 3 to get in then pay 2 bucks more to go to the premium yard. Everything in main yard is old cars already picked though. Save time go right to premium yard.
