I have a friend and neighbor lady, who is white and 60 years old. She says her stomach is upset, very frequently. Possible virus?

You'd probably have to have her checked out. It could be a virus, but at the same time it could be bacterial or anything else. Also, if it's very frequent over a long period of time, it's probably not an infection because she would have fought it off by now. I hope she gets better.
