I have paid and Reserved seating for 12 this afternoon how do I change it to the 2 o’clock movie time

They'll usually always refund or switch you, but good luck getting it done over the phone. Walk in and the manager will do it at the desk near the entry kiosk, or if you paid online you can easily cancel or switch through your Fandango reservation

We've done this in the past. Just show up a little early for the 2pm show and go to the front desk. The manager will probably swap out your tickets.

If you reserved and paid online you can cancel and reserve the new time. You will get your refund.
