Yes, we have 15 heaters and we just ordered another 4 today due to the sudden drop in weather temperatures. All heaters are operational.
I was there last night and there were several heaters out, but I believe there was a heater between each table.
They do have some. The owner was using one while it was raining yesterday doing work on the patio closest to bear flag. They may not have one for every table though.
