They have a regular parking space with regular slot sizes. I doubt an rv could fit in there.
Maybe over back by Target, and if it's a small RV. And if you arrived before anything opened. Many parking lots will not allow RVs to park for more than a certain amount of hours. (My parents were "full-timers for years. My answers are based on their travel experience.) The shopping center is very crowded, and parking there is difficult in an SUV.
This lot is very small and tight. I think the only way you could do that would be too come when it's closed. If that actually works then good luck getting out!
