I have had many pedicures, and have never been disappointed at Magnolia. You get a nice foot bath, a foot and lower leg massage, nail care and trim, THEN paint. So yeah, I would say it's an actual pedicure. Not sure what you meant or what you were implying, but I have "problem" nails and Cindy always does right by me.
I am there at least 30 minutes for my pedicure. Only have had one person, Sophie, but the others seem to do a very complete job as well.
