Does Adelita's use MSG? Ordered a vegetarian plate and agua fresca. Sneezing began before I left the restaurant & it continued all the way home on hwy 85 north. Queasy & tending to a sinus headache. It was something in the food, sorry to say.

That you would have to ask the cook or the owners I think they would help you out in What your asking. I'm a very allergic person, to say that I've been going weekly to get 4 allergy shots for pass 3 years. And been a regular at "ADELITAS" for 10 yrs.

I have allergies too and I eat at Adalitas very often. No MSG at Adatitas, just good food.👍👍
