Nice TShirts and jeans are definitely ok. For guys, closed toe shoes and pants (no shorts) are probably the only hard and fast rules.
No dress code officially but be smart about it
I emailed them once, and the response was "dress to impress/upscale casual". I have worn slacks and collared shirts in the past, but I've seen people in jeans and t shirts too. YMMV on whose working the door. Sound is nice place for music though.
