On Sunday the mall opens on 11 and on any other day it opens at 10 some stores like jcpenny,Barnes and noble,vans,etc aren't open until 11-12
As far as I know the mall doors are open by 10 when I've gone in. Not sure how earlier than that they are open
Not sure about the whole mall, but JCPENNEY doesn't open until 11. You also have no mall access through Barnes and Noble.
