I received an ad selling handicap scooters for low price at Walmart store in Torrance Ca. Price was only 61.97. Is this a scam like I think it is?

I really don't know for sure, my best advice is for you to go Walmart in person to talk to both a Salesperson & Manager all about this Ad.

I looked on the Internet and couldn't find anything like that at Walmart a mobility scooter will likely run you somewhere between $1000 $5000. You might get your insurance to pay for it. I see all kinds of scams showing up on Instagram and they use stores names like Walmart and Costco but they lure you in with really ridiculously low prices . They want you to turn over your credit card number and they're supposedly send it to you those are all Scams.
