It's a nice place in the evenings. Don't be a slouch. Probably a high 6 or 7 of 10 when it comes to dress code. Summers ate different, where guys can go short sleeved shirts. But...shorts are still kinda looked down upon for dinner.
No not for baileys just standard shoes,nice shirt and jeans. Hats are allowed as well
