Pets are not allowed by law in any restaurant in California, only service animals, not emotional support. There is an outside area where dogs are allowed tho
I have never seen a dog at the restaurant, they do have area that is made for outside dining that they put up during the pandemic. You might call and ask if you eat outside if you can bring your dog
