We ate there last year everyday as my wife is 100% gluten free. The food was great and she didn't have any problems.
Hi. Every grain and bread we purchase is certified organic and certified gluten free. Many other items are certified, like our nutritional yeast, for example. The restaurant is entirely gluten free, but the entire restaurant is not certified. For instance, we do not purchase certified gluten free nuts.
