Have you ever tried eating or drinking coconut h2o or taken Curamin or Move Free? Also Magnesium or glucosamine chondroitin with MSM is helpful. If you take Calcium, take it with a liquid vitamin, like D3 , so it can be easily absorbed into the body. Try Calcium citrate, or coral calcium. Just tips I have learned along the way.
I use Osteo Bi Flex it helps me a lot
