I was given a jacket bought from your store as a birthday present. My issue is the jacket is much to large for me to wear and other than trying it on in the house it never went anywhere. I would like to know what are your return or exchange policies

The return policy is you have 3 weeks to return or exchange with a receipt, the merchandise needs to be undamaged and unused with the tags.

If you have a receipt and in a reasonable amount of time, I'm sure they will work with you on sizing or exchange, but a full refund I'm not sure about. I've never had any problems with them.
