I wasn't a fan of the food served last visit, but the service was ok. The local "patio cat" was the best part of the experience.

No I don't believe that but I am not surprised. Julian is an incredibly beautiful little town in which I lived for 5 years, and it is appalling how some people that work there behave. I hope you didn't pay for the meal.

I have eaten here several times and have always had a delicious perfectly cooked meal served by polite ladies.
