This isn't a question, but I'll address it anyways. This doesn't match my (our) experience at all. Food is always excellent and well cooked.
I am sorry you had a bad experience with your Uber order but give Notorious another chance. It truly has delicious hamburgers the Shame on Brie is my favorite and the Brussel sprouts app is so good my kids eat it. The Cheese sauce on the fries is the best ever. I would suggest trying another menu item because the Rueben is amazing and the chicken and waffles. These dishes and the salads travel well.
I am assuming you mean Uber? If that is the case, the food temperature would be the fault of Uber, not the restaurant. I've eaten nearly everything on the menu at some point or another, and everything has been fresh and well cooked.
