She did the same with my book. I was kind of upset about that also but I let it go because we have a total of 4 discount books to use between the group we half with.. She told me that the company that prints the books , printed them out before the course okayed the discount. Like you said, why should we be punished for that. They should still have to honor whats in the book.

That's the problem with having multiple reservation systems (i.e. internet based and manual). The systems have to match. I wouldn't blame the counter lady here. It happens countless industries throughout the economy. Besides. . . Its golf, relax. :)
