I'm sorry I dont know. I have only been to the one in perris, riverside and Moreno valley. Check the website. I think all the locations are listed.

No. It is a different restaurant. The one in Hemet is called La Bufadora Baja Grill. I think they are more corporate while MV/Perris and Riverside are more authentic. Both are good but I prefer La Bufadora Tacos.
