Is the time of closing at ten or last load to go in at ten

Actually last load must be in the machine at 9PM or 1 hour before closing. The washing takes just under thirty minutes and the same for dryer time. The attendant wants to go home at 10 and lock up. If last load was at 9:30 leaving at 10 PM would be impossible unless the customer didn’t use any dryer time then last load at 9:30 is perhaps ok.

I believe last load is at 930... yes they close at 10
