All of the games are approrpiate for teenagers. Remember the goal is to do your best and work together, the games are difficult and many groups dont escape (it is just as fun failing the challenge as it is winning). None of them are too difficult for teenagers to have a good time. If you are still concerned about it, you can call them and ask which rooms have the highest escape rate and choose one of those rooms.
My son and his group of friends (all 12 or 13) did the island escape. They had a great time.
I agree with what was said above. It's a team effort and any would be ok for teens.
