I dont think municial lots can be reserved. Use 'parkme miami beach' mobile app to find the occupancy of a parking lot. It will show whether the parking is available or not, along with rate information for a given time. You can also use parkmobile for payment, but will need to first create account in parkmobile
They have plenty of parking don't worry
I'm sure they can work something out of you want to make such arrangements.
