Westfield has a huge parking lot and parking garage, I wouldn't leave your car there overnight though.
No they do not tow cars if they are there too long during the mall business hours. However, I would imagine that they definitely would tow though if the car stayed parked past the mall hours, overnight, or if it is illegally parked. There are no signs anywhere showing that there is a limit on parking therefore I am pretty sure that parking is unlimited as long as you are there when the mall is open only. Parking is always free there if you self park, which is almost anywhere there. Next to Barnes and Noble there is also Valet parking available for a fee, which is the only fee you will see for parking there.
The parking lot is large with plenty of spaces. The only time it fills up is during heavy shopping like during Christmas, etc.. And as stated before, don't leave your vehicle overnight as security will probably zero in on it and have it towed.

There is a parking garage that connects to Macy's. The parking is free, but they have security patrols. So they probably don't allow public parking after the mall closes.
It's free I don't know what about over night.
