They have a parking space for 2 cars. Yes. 2 cars. We parked in a parking garage that is a 10 minute walk from there without in and out privilege.

No. You pay by the hour and everytime you get in.
The rates are hourly based, meaning you pay every time you exit the facility and take a new ticket every time you enter.
