Present law in Florida requires uou to be 21 or older with no felony convictions in order to buy any firearms in the state. Further, if you attempt to use anyone to purchase a firearm for you (who is legally of age to do so), called a straw sale, you are both in violation of Federal law and can be imprisoned.
