It's Thursday 28th at 8:55am. Came to pick up my delicious biscuit sandwich, but Wendy's is not open. I completed and paid for my breakfast but again the store is not open. Drive through menu sign is on but nobody is inside.

Call the store when they open to get a refund or wait around until someone shows up.

So, crew showed up and said manager forgot to open store and it would be at least 20 minutes wait for my food. I left 😒 sad and hungry
