They do not do nose piercings in store, they sell the jewelry though.
Nose piercing should be done by reputable professional. You easily damage nasal passage with some one trained only one day. Hot Topic doesnt do for it legal reasons and cost. But they sell real nice jewelry for it. Good luck!
