Cycle gear service is great. They'll help you..if they can't, They'll point you in the right direction.
Let me start by notifying you that I am not an employee of cycle gear. Their customer service is top notch. Returns, no problem. The sena system may have to be addressed by sena itself through it's warranty. I'd just go on in and speak with an associate.
