That's too bad you had an unpleasant experience. We are all human, we all have bad days. And some have bad attitudes. I love this place. They have amazing prices, the owner is the most genuine guy, he can not control his son's wife's attitude. It is a local, family run business. It's the best crystal shop I've found in America, if it expired I would be very sad, as would many people. This place is a famous destination. The owner has worked hard and long, as has his wife. How wonderful his kids are helping, what a blessing. Even if they aren't as amazing as him, they are wonderful for being there for their parents.
