Same with us. They do require an appointment but if there is any openings that they will squeeze you in but it's going to be when they have an opening so you may be waiting a little bit but I'm not sure on the mask thing anymore when I went to it was required but that was like a week before they lifted the mask thing. But knowing any government building you're probably still going to have to wear a mask
Crazy! I walked up to get my driver's license renewed and didn't have to make an appointment... that lady must have been having a bad day.
