Instruction Permit? already pre-applied. signed up for driving school. DOL Spokane is not taking any appointments. So how do we get the permit. Please include an exact link. What do we do?

We're having the same problem. Can't get through to anyone, don't hear back from any emails! About to just go there I'm person and wait to talk to a real person! Only places they listed for appointments are no where near Spokane.

We're in the exact same boat. Booked for class, pre-applied, can't get a hold of DOL by phone [they won't even put you on hold now], no appointments ever available online. Emailed the driving school to see if they had any ideas.
