Why are there no wipes at the Grocery Outlet entrance in Orland, to clean carts and hands? We are in a pandemic and state of emergency. This should be available to customers. Please!

I agree. However, if you are actually worried about your health, you would benefit more on bringing your own personal wipes/hand sanitizer anywhere in the Orland area. The town is disgusting and clearly the community is careless.
